Chia Porridge
For a power start to your day, try Earth Circle Organics original Chia Porridge. This easy recipe takes only minutes to make, and serves two individuals. All ingredients are available from ECO!
Take 1 cup water and 2 Tbsp. hemp seeds and blend at high speed to make hemp milk. Pour milk into a bowl and add 5 tbsp. chia seeds, 2 Tbsp raw cashews or your favorite seeds, 1 Tbsp coconut syrup or coconut sugar, 1 banana cut into ¼” slices, and ¼ cup fresh in-season berries or raw and organic dried berries from ECO, such as goji berries, mulberries, or golden berries.
Add a pinch of Himalayan salt and stir porridge well every few minutes until the chia seeds soak up most of the liquid. Additionally, you can also use other milk alternatives in place of hemp milk, such as almond or coconut. Next step, enjoy!
